Homeowners are members of The Falls at Mason Creek Community Association, generally referred to as the homeowners' association or HOA. The HOA oversees and manages common areas and amenities. In addition, the HOA seeks to ensure that homeowners adhere to the approved Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements; as well as the Community Wide Standards (Landscape Minimum Standards). Click Covenants and Standards for details of each.
The primary purpose of the HOA is to serve as a safeguard for property values within The Falls. Mandated landscaping, property maintenance, architectural guidelines, and other requirements help ensure that the community is well maintained and attractive.
The HOA employs a management company to monitor homeowners' compliance with the covenants and standards and to accept request forms from homeowners seeking to make changes to their properties requiring HOA approval. Requests/Questions contains contact information on the management company.
The HOA is governed by a board of directors, with three serving, respectively, as the president, treasurer, and secretary. The board of directors are elected each year for a one year term. This is usually done at the annual meeting each year. Click Board for contact information on the board.
